Sometime in the beginning of my lifetime (mid 1960’s), the American public decided that animals were higher on the animal kingdom hierarchy than us pesky humans. I personally believe that the animal kingdom hierarchy changed when the ‘Baby Boomers’ in the late 1960’s decided to shred the entire moral fabric of this country for their own selfish shortsighted pursuits of happiness without regard on how their actions would affect others around them. The remainder of the American population was probably scratching their head saying to them self’s, Pets are:

Well hell, animals got to be a higher form of life than these self-destructive idiots.
Our animals eat better and have better medical care than the third world population around the globe. People will their personal fortunes to their pets. A good example is Leona Helmsley.

or the animal cruelty charges against Michael Vick for a breed of dog typically raised by drug dealers.
When the human-on-human atrocity occurs like rape charges against a basketball player, Kobe Bryant, the public gave a simple ‘oh-hum’. Here in Florida, a child rapist John Couey raped and buried alive a nine-year-old child Jessica Lunsford but did not get the same type of attention for a more hideous and violent act.
We watch with absolute indifference, when overseas, an American is beheaded by an Islamo-facist or Muslim children blow up common market places with self-detonating devices. Here at home, fetuses are sucked out of uteruses by the thousands and no one cares. You would think that the Liberals (Socialist) would want to save these humans to help mold them into a growing dependant class.
The Sharia law is very cruel to the Islamic human population by Western civilization terms. Dogs and puppies are treated even worse. Dogs are not given names, fed, or given shots for their immunization protection.

The majority of Muslims consider dogs to be unclean. Muhammad didn't like dogs (and most Muslims do not have dogs as pets). According to one tradition attributed to Muhammad, black dogs are evil, or even devils, in animal form. In Hadith literature, it is reported from Muhammad that he issued advice to kill the sinful animal even within the holy area of Mecca. It is said that angels do not enter a house which contains a dog. Though dogs are not allowed for pets, they are allowed to be kept if used for work, such as guarding your house or farm, or when used for hunting purposes.
American Servicemen in Iraq have to be mindful of stray animals. Marines are under orders to shoot any animal that gets too close; the alternative is risking rabies or a viral bite and possible infection. What these two Marines did is nothing that a typical Muslim would not do. I thought you Liberals wanted Americans to be sensitive to other cultures and assimilate? Where is your sense of diversity? I hope an American Servicemen videos a Muslim throwing a puppy off a cliff. Will the public have the same outrage? I seriously doubt it.
Where is PETA’s concern for animal rights around the world? If the American public had the same enthusiasm to save the Western Civilization as they want to save their pet’s lives, Islam would have already been contained and possibly neutralized.
If Liberal Americans do not defend the Western Civilization for mankind, do it for the pets; Spot the dog and Fluffy the cat in the Muslim world.
