With all the diversity training and racial ‘equality’ that the American population has endured by mandated government policies, I am surprised the Federal Government with all of the important crisis of the day i.e. steroids in professional sports and Big Oil executives sticking it to the consumer has not found time to get involved in legislation to force diversity on Hurricane names or for the entire season. The hurricane season has just started for 2008 and the first named tropical storm was named ‘Arthur’. Out of curiosity, it made me want to research the potential names for the 2008 Hurricane season.
To my surprise the 2008 Hurricane season name list seemed to only contain traditional Caucasian and Latino names. NAACP, Pastor Jeremiah Wright, and Father Michael Pfleger here is chance to champion a racist cause and get more airtime on the media outlets. Organize a million man march and protest about yet another racial injustice. Demand that names like Tyrone and Lakeshia need to be added to the list of Hurricane names.
It has been five years since Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee, (D-Texas) first attempted to introduce legislation to add ‘African-American’ names to the Hurricane season name list. Why stop at individual names? Let’s have entire Hurricane seasons dedicated to a list of Ethnic names.

If diversity is deemed fit to be imposed on the private citizen and private business, why does not the Federal government force diversity to it’s own government agencies operating practices? The National Weather Service is a component of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and NOAA is an Operating Unit of the U.S. Department of Commerce. It is most definitely a part of the Federal government.
The government’s definition of equality is unequal circumstances to justify an equal outcome. The government also goes out its way to appease minorities and non-Christian religions so not to offend them. On the years that a higher than normal number of named tropical storms are to be predicted, should the government mandate the season’s list to be Muslim names? Islam is such the peace loving religion that loves to spread death and misery on non-Muslims. Maybe Barack Hussein Obama in his foreign policy could suggest this as a nice gesture to the Muslim world to appease the Muslims? On those category 4 and 5 storms, suffix the Hurricane name with Muhammad so to identify nature’s fury is also packing a jihad vengeance towards the Western hemisphere.
If ex-president Jimmy Carter can receive a Nobel peace prize for all the lasting peace that he achieved in the Middle East, I am very confident that my idea is an absolute guarantee that I will receive a Nobel peace prize also for my contribution toward diversity and world peace.
