There is one distinct characteristic of women that I have always observed over the years. Women abide to a very strict defined social hierarchy whether it is in the work place or an after-hours social environment. The social hierarchy is not based on merit. It is entirely based on physical features and prettiness of the females in the clique or in the workforce. The overarching rule is, there can only be one Queen bee per female clique and the clique typically does not exceed six average and/or ugly females. **For specific details of how the female clique determines the social hierarchy please see article:

I have begun dating again since my divorce and I have relearned this unusual behavior pattern, which may also help other males in their pursuit of the female species. Wherever the social event is occurring, the female cliques are spaced far apart according to the dimensions of the space of the facility. The exception to the rule applies that the distance between the female cliques is inversely proportional to prettier the Queen bee of the female clique. Pretty women really hate other pretty women.
When a male approaches a female clique, the typical male reaction is to make his introduction and attempt to seek the affection of the Queen bee female. Although a commendable action, this is the absolute wrong action to take unless you are Brad Pitt or Denzel Washington. The Queen bee will force the male to grovel for her affections with gifts of food and drinks for her and her clique. Unless you have a lot of money, time, and no self-esteem this may be the male’s only way of seeking the Queen bee’s affections.
There is a much better way of acquiring the female of choice’s affections in the clique. When the male introduces himself to the female clique begin to concentrate his attention on the fat and ugly female in the female clique. All of a sudden the female social hierarchy of the clique is threatened and comes into question because the male is not pursuing the Queen bee or the fellow pretty females in the clique. How dare this male not grovel for my affection. He prettiest of the females in the clique get their thongs all in a bunch and change strategy. If I am pretty and not pursued then this token ugly fat female in the female clique better not receive any attention either.
Within seconds the conversation between the male the fat ugly female is constantly interrupted by the Queen bee and the other pretty females in the clique vying for the male’s attention. The male should be polite to all the members of the female clique and occasionally imply that he may have interest in the pretty woman which he is conversing with when the other women in the clique are not paying attention to the male. Before long all the females in the female clique are competing for the male buying him food and drinks. The pretty women in the clique will go through great lengths to insure the fat ugly woman does not acquire the affection of the male. If the fat ugly woman is successful, the entire female social hierarchy collapses with weeks of vicious gossiping and back biting within the clique. Overtime the calm and social hierarchy returns to the female clique.
