Since the beginning of the 2008 presidential election to date, I have been very concerned about president Barack Hussein Obama’s governing style. Barack Hussein Obama campaigned more than any presidential candidate and now president to boost expectations of how personally involved his presidential policy can affect our personal lives and how he can implement policy without regard of the House and Senate approval. I believe America is getting very dangerously close to an imperial style of government or a Fascist dictatorship.

I would like to say sorry for interchanging the ism’s on my political ideology description of Barack Hussein Obama in the past postings. I have used the adjective Marxist to describe Barack Hussein Obama in the past and I believe that was now incorrect. Many of his inner political circle believe that they are and want a Marxist style of government ideology but they are useful idiots to Barack Hussein Obama. Just as the communist ideologues like Lenin and Leon Trotsky assisted the Fascists cloaked as Marxist (Joseph Stalin), Marxist ideologues were exiled in the 1920’s after the Russian communist revolution. Barack Hussein Obama believes in the absolute confiscation of private property and the redistribution of wealth to the State but he does not relinquish strict government control of the economy and wealth back to the proletariat. That is why I now use the word ‘Fascist’ today.

Even though Barack Hussein Obama’s high-level appointments have gained praise from the moderate center of the Democratic and Republican Party and some political radio pundits like Sean Hannity, I have not been convinced that Barack Hussein Obama personally intended to operate his administration as a moderate populist Liberal. The high-level appointments may give the impression of semi-Liberal restraint for the financial markets and the American populace but extra scrutiny should be given to the lower-level appointments in the quasi-governmental agencies who work away from public scrutiny and actually craft and carry out quasi-governmental agency regulations.

From the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) own website, a quasi-governmental entity is defined as:

*Generally, a quasi-governmental entity is one that: (1) has a close association with the government agency, but is not considered a part of the government agency; (2) was created by the government agency, but is exempt from certain legal and administrative requirements imposed on government agencies; or (3) was not created by the government agency but performs a public purpose and is significantly supported financially by the government agency.

In essence a government agency that can draft enforceable regulation but is not accountable to the American populace.

I recall statements from Barack Hussein Obama’s transition team, now CIA Director, John Podesta who said "There's a lot that the president can do using his executive authority without waiting for congressional action, and I think we'll see the president do that.” “I think that he feels like he has a real mandate for change. We need to get off the course that the Bush administration has set."

Per John Podesta’s statement, It reinforced my concern that president Barack Hussein Obama again favors a Fascist governing style by issuing executive orders instead by legislative approval in the House and Senate. Voter representation via elected officials can be bypassed on unfavorable initiatives.

The U.S. Supreme court granted the biggest Federal power grab ever by a quasi-governmental entity and no one even seemed to take notice. The Supreme Court validated the EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) to possess the authority to regulate greenhouse gas emissions so any human activity (which produces CO2 that is all activities) can be regulated by a quasi-governmental entity, which also does not need House and Senate approval for it’s regulations.

The FCC commissioners can vote 3 to 2 to enact a regulation to stifle speech then the regulation is law. Barack Hussein Obama administration’s new federal communications ‘Chief Diversity Officer’ Mark Lloyd may try to regulate talk radio with a ‘backdoor’ method akin to the Fairness Doctrine. The new ‘Chief Diversity Officer’ for the Federal Communications Commission believes the so-called ‘Fairness Doctrine’ was never repealed and advocates crippling $250 million fines for radio stations whose programming does not meet with the government's approval.

President Barack Hussein Obama continued the executive power grab by creating new Federal appointee 'Czars' to further regulate the private market place. To date there are thirty two 'Czars' in Barack Hussein Obama’s inner government circle not confirmed by any Legislature body who also has quasi-governmental entity like powers that can again side step the Legislature branch approval. The House and Senate are almost irrelevant to stop any executive directive of Barack Hussein Obama. I am surprised high-ranking House and Senate leaders are not screaming that their Legislative powers are being stripped from them right in front of their eyes. Since the majority of the Legislature is in close political alignment of Barack Hussein Obama, confiscation of non-granted U.S. Constitutional powers doesn’t seem to concern them.

Beyond the existence of quasi-governmental entities former Compassionate Conservative president G.W. Bush started a very poor precedent during the economic downturn in 2008 when he granted the Treasury Secretary the ability to authorize Federal funding of the TARP without the Ways and Means committee and House and Senate approval. Thank you very much former president G.W. Bush for setting the precedent. Federal funding considered to be an emergency or of ‘National Security’ can now be authorized via executive powers and again does not need House and Senate approval.

The American populace does not seem concerned of the re-engineering of the Federal government from the original declared powers authorized in the U.S. Constitution to an exclusive Executive source. I have to commend the Liberals in the 2006 and 2008 elections for ensnaring the America populace in the unfunded Socialist promise trap by the combination of wealth envy and the timing of the age demographics. The problem is American demographics are not in favor for a self-sufficient solution.

The Depression Era old geezers are too busy watching Jeopardy and screaming and yelling where is their SS and their Medicare. They are not paying any taxes, so they do not care.

The Baby Boomers (largest portion of the population) once conservatives in the 80's and 90's are now entitlement ready hoping to receive retirement entitlements before the entitlements run out. They do not want to rock the boat and reduce their retirement entitlements with fiscal responsibility. They are not concerned about the next generation. They are more than happy to pass the IOU to the Generation X, Y, and Z’s with a past due notice.

Generation Z is being brain washed in Government schools with Liberal activism and protesting against Corporate Greed and Capitalism. Not paying taxes yet.

Generation Y is half-divided. One half is becoming conservative because they are now realizing the wonderful world of Liberal policy and wealth redistribution. The other half still protesting against Corporate Greed and Capitalism because they have not found achievement yet. Just starting to pay taxes.

Generation X stuck in the middle during our prime of income earning years are not happy about Barack Hussein Obama policies but a small voting portion of the entire American voting population.

I am not sure that there are enough of a voting population now that is independent of the government entitlement system that would vote against or actually fight against a the Fascist dictatorship being forcibly advanced on the populace. Who needs a Republic represented government when one man i.e. president Barack Hussein Obama driven by narcissism and a Fascist ideology can govern the country’s finances and social engineering by Fascist dictatorial means? The Fascist dictatorial infrastructure already exists. It is just a matter of time before someone decides to reach for that Brass Ring.

Racial Preferences in the Democrats' Health Care Bill

The entire American populace can only be judged by a collective ethnic heritage and not by their own individual merit. The beauty of Diversity is that every individual is sub-grouped into some type of category of race, economic level, and/or chosen sexual preference.   Each sub-group is granted a particular advantage over another sub-group, which causes animosity. Even if all the sub-groups emulated into one common theme and they were indistinguishable from another, the government would immediately step in and have to determine new ways of creating new sub-groups to continue the adversity within the American populace. Without conflict, the parasitic tyrannical government cannot incrementally take away freedoms stating that this new mandate is in your best interest, for your protection, and for social justice on an event(s) that occurred well beyond our time.

President Barack Hussein Obama has made it quite clear in his choice of a Justice of the Supreme Court that he was seeking 'empathy' as a dominant characteristic; empathic to race, economic level, and/or sexual preference. As with all Orwellian Liberals, they seek to deconstruct written law, which creates the binding glue of legal society, and to de-stabilize it with temper mental feminized emotions. The ruling of a court case one year is easily overturned the next year because the attitudes changes by mob rule (democracy).  I believe that President Barack Hussein Obama's choice of Sonia Sotomayor was just the tip of the iceberg to determine the playbook of how his administration will usher in the next Supreme Justice onto the Supreme Court. The next Supreme Justice candidate is guaranteed to be ever more incrementally empathic to perceived diversity inequality.

In a recent event, Barack HusseinObama said that the Henry Louis Gates affair was a teaching moment. Harvard professor flew into a rage of racial accusations and haughty posturing after Sergeant James Crowley appeared at his Cambridge home to investigate a report of a possible break-in. Henry Louis called Sergeant James Crowley a "racist" and said he was being targeted because "I'm a black man in America." Barack HusseinObama could not help himself and stirred the pot, saying at a press conference that he didn't know all the facts but continued, "I think it's fair to say, number one, any of us would be pretty angry," Barack HusseinObama said. "Number two, that the Cambridge police acted stupidly in arresting somebody when there was already proof that theywere in their own home. And number three -- what I think we know separate and apart from this incident -- is that there is a long history in this country of African-Americans and Latinos being stopped by law enforcement disproportionately, and that's just a fact." Orwellian code: Mighty Whitey it is pay back time.

Today’s diversity and Civil Rights has gone full circle since the 1950’s. In the 1950’s, diversity meant separate but equal. Schools, shops, and bathrooms for example were separated by race. Per Martin Luther King Jr. and the Civil Right Amendment, diversity meant every man was to be judged by his merit and not by his/her skin color. All facilities will be integrated. Now by today’s terms per Jessie Jackson, Al Sharpton,Spike Lee, and Mayor Ray Nagin, diversity and the show of compassion to minorities’ means areas must be color designated. Again race relations is based merely on the color of the skin, races will be separate but equal.

As an equal opportunity offender and racist by today's terms meaning I treat everyone by merit only. I have to admire the craftiness of Liberals for being able to return America back to segregation in 40+ years and also being successful vilifying Conservatives and Republicans who brought America Martin Luther King's version of racial equality through the Civil Right Amendment which Democrats and the Liberals fought tooth and nail during the Lyndon Johnson presidential administration who by the way was Democrat.

Since our government at all levels and our fellow Orwellian Liberals want equality based on race maybe it is time for America to create legal equality by outside appearances. The more sad and victimized the sub-group is, the better the chances of receiving empathy in the court of law. All persons of pallor should emulate the sub-group’s appearance and behavior with the most legal empathy. It is time for all American citizens of pallor to get a weekly spray on tan and a hair perm to convince the courts of our perceived outward appearance. Maybe then all races will be treated with equality.

In the 50 years that Britain has somehow survived under Rationed Nationalized Healthcare, pet care has never been Nationalized or any other Western Civilization country with Nationalized Healthcare for that matter. As with most Orwellian Liberals they tend to place the life of animals with higher precedence than to us pesky humans and probably decided that their pet’s life and well-being should not be placed in the care of Rationed Nationalized Healthcare. Lucky for Fido the dog and Fluffy the cat, they can have fee-for-service medical procedures anytime they want by the request of their human owner.

I believe that the human spirit of high achievement/greed (depending on your worldview) in combination with a strong Judeo/Christian faith centers a man in a civilized manner of competition to acquire wealth and services. When a tyrannical parasitic government (Fascist or Marxist) rations the goods & services desired by society for social engineering and/or ‘fairness’ per the controlling government ideology, a portion of the society will still find the goods & service channels through unorthodox means to satisfy their consumption.

In any Marxist or Fascist government control, the 'Black Market' steps in to satisfy the human need. In the realm of healthcare, backroom medical facilities can operate under the protection of corrupt politicians or maybe the populace may have to subject them selves to animal medical standards in-lieu for not having to wait for the bureaucratic inefficient health care entity to decide who will receive necessary medical care and when.

Veterinarians have much of the same working knowledge of how the human body operates and the medical remedies. They also have similar tools to perform some of the similar medical procedures for preventive maintenance and medical corrections like removing cancerous skin or removing internal benign growths.

If America models their rationalized healthcare like Canada or England, human medical providers will be forbidden from taking monetary payments for any medical procedure or performing such a medical procedure which is not authorized by the State.

I see a questionable spot on my skin because I work outside in property maintenance. The government tells me to wait 9 months for permission to see a dermatologist for the examination and then who knows when the medical procedure is permitted and scheduled to remove the questionable patch of skin. Potentially by that point in time, the patch of skin could aggressively have turned into melanoma and the cancer is spreading through out my entire body. Being the pet owner I am, with one phone call I could call my pooch's veterinarian and request a physical for the pooch the next day. With a wink and an extra 50 dollars during the pooch's physical exam I could have the veterinarian look at the spot on my back and simply have the spot in question removed in a quick manner.

In extreme cases the Veterinarian could temporary extend the life of the human patient just long enough for the human patient to travel to countries like India to receive the proper medical care for fee-for-service. 

In Obama's current version of his Dealthcare, I predict two short-term scenarios for American patients seeking advanced healthcare procedures. American citizens will begin taking long-term vacations to countries who provide fee-for-service healthcare and booking cruise ships specializing in medical facilities leaving into the international ocean waters so that medical procedures can be performed without the tyranny of a Fascist medical authority here in America.

With enough American patients traveling outside of the American territory for proper medical care, I predict our government clamping down on foreign travel and forcing our friendly relationed countries to deny travel visas for just this reason. Improving the health of American citizens and extending the lifespan of individuals will also jeopardize the available retirement and Rationed Nationalized Healthcare resources that are re-distributed. The government says they have eliminated the ‘Death Panels’ from the current version of Obama's Deathcare but I am not confident that the ‘Death Panel’ will not be instituted at a later date. Most Liberal programs are always incremental in scope.

A current excellent example is the United States Postal Service (USPS). The USPS is bordering on life support and 10+ billion dollars in the deficit. Instead of changing the Department of Motor Vehicle (DMV) business quality to encourage continued and expanded customer business base, the USPS is contemplating cutting their days of service or rationing the service. The same will occur for Nationalized Healthcare.

The government mindset typically is based on pure zero sum economics. The scope of the economy does not grow but the growth of government control of the scope does. The reality of a limited amount of resources will force the government to implement a ‘Death Panel’ to mandate & promote the end of life at earlier ages just in the name of the good of the society because of the limited re-distributed medical resources. The increased demand of 'Black Market' medical procedures could make veterinarians very wealthy.

The entire American populace really needs to think hard if such a right to life responsibility should be rendered to the Federal government thinking that is the risk is worth to take as long as the medical bill is passed to another American citizen?

Typically twice a year we conduct a fire drill in our building for emergency competency. Our fire emergency stairwells are on each end of the building and are of the latest fire codes. Three average adults can easily walk three wide down the stairwell and not feel confined. This allows the two inner rows of individuals to continuously travel down the fire escape staircase while allowing the outer row to politely allow the other floors to merge into the human escape route without much disruption. With only six floors, our building of 1050+ employees is completely evacuated in 15-18 minutes.

Even with all the technological advances and strict adherence to fire codes, the test evacuation times never decrease and will probably keep increasing. The problem being, the human factor of obesity every time we conduct a test fire drill. Case in point, two months ago we conducted a test fire drill. At that time I used to reside on the fourth floor of the building.   No sooner than I entered the fire escape stair case there was a woman from the 5th floor who is wider than she was tall (approx 5 feet tall) decided to play the out-of-breath drama queen between the fourth and third floor level fire escape staircase and sit down on the stair case steps. She was so fat that no one could step around her and continue the escape out of the building. Everyone in the staircase had to patiently wait 4 minutes in the staircase until Big Bertha could stand up again and walk to the corner of the stairwell and allow her fellow colleagues to migrate out of the building. In each and every time we conduct a fire drill, there is at one obese lard butt who stops and seriously disrupts the evacuation flow.

In my observations there are only two times a day when these obese lard butts move with the endurance of Jim Fixx the marathon runner and swiftly waddle; when it is lunch grazing time at the cafeteria or when the work day is over. Any other time there is great effort to move those fat stumps for legs and painfully listen as these creatures desperately gasp for their last breath of air. If the management team seriously wanted to improve fire drill evacuation times they should set the test fire drills at 11:15am when the cafeteria opens not two hours before after cafeteria hours.

Recently I have been moved to the sixth floor of the building. I really like the location next to a window where I can view the campus and the weather outside. There is still the little thought in the back of my mind about the ability to safely escape the building during an actual fire. Now I have two more floors of obese lard butts that I must travel behind before I can evacuate the building.

I am beginning to think employers and city fire ordinances need to consider an employee's physical ability before assigning an actual work location for each employee. Typically employees are grouped together by departments but with technology able to keep employees connected, the physical location of employees is not important as it once was. At first thought I considered that the obese lard butts should be located on the first floor close to the fire escape doors. By the time the obese lard butts hear the fire alarm, are able to pry their carcass off their chair, and waddle towards the fire escape doors the healthy mobile individuals from the upper floors are still blocked by the obese lard butts causing a bottleneck in the human traffic flow to the upper floors.

The opposite policy should be implemented. Place the healthiest employees closest to the fire escape doors and on the lowest floors. Once the fire alarm sounds off, the fastest employees quickly evacuate the building then the next slowest group of employees evacuate the building and continue to the slowest. Each group of employees does not impede the evacuation of the other. The greatest number of employees are able to safely escape to work another day and patriotically pay their taxes. The ACLU would probably have something to say about segregating individuals by physical capacity. Only separating and protecting subgroups by skin colour is accepted by the ACLU.

In the event of an actual building fire, I cringe at the thought that I may need to hop over Big Bertha for my own self-preservation. I am not going to be in the mood to wait for her to play the out-of-breath drama queen episode in reality. The only answer that comes to mind to avoid the physical capacity discrimination issue would be for all healthy employees to tape Twinkies onto the backs of their shirts once they hear the fire alarm. By the time the obese lard butt realizes they are out of breath chasing the Twinkie down the stairs, they are safely outside of the building. They can then gently collapse on the grass with the Twinkie in hand and wait for the Fire and Rescue trucks to revive them.

Will little Johnny's tonsillitis be promptly treated so that he can heal properly and be forced work the rice patties for the State as a teenager and adult while Grandma Jones suffering from failed kidney's is told to starve to death like Terry Shiavo because Grandma is no more useful to the State? These kind of medical decisions will be mandated and enforced by a government bureaucrat who has no vested interest in your life. I cannot understand why the American populace would allow such a right to life responsibility to be rendered to the Federal government thinking that the risk is worth taking as long as the medical bill is passed to another American citizen?

To keep favor with the alternative lifestyle crowd will the government authorize sex change procedures through the rationalized National Healthcare program to stay politically in favor with this particular voting populace?   Can the government justify the decision of financing one citizen’s complete sex change of 100,000 dollars from start to finish and tell 10 elderly individuals that sorry the 10,000-dollar hip replacement or kidney replacement is not authorized? There is going to be a lot of cranky old geezers from AARP.

Nationalized healthcare is never state of the art. In the previous example of Paul to Paulette, Paul may be told to take a shot of tequila and bite down on a bullet while Dr. Marcus Welby does his magic with the scalpel. If the sex change procedure does not does not come out as expected can Paul seek legal punitive damages against the State? Probably not. The legal profession may have to seek their own bail out not being to sue the Federal government or receiving any adequate financial damages. If tongue depressors are rationed what are the chances of the legal system collecting large settlements for medical malpractice?

I am sure those types of medical decision priorities will be buried in a 5000 page legislation which the House and Senate will not read and vote on again like the previous passed Stimulus and TARP legislations. I believe that the rationed Nationalized Healthcare will be prioritized by the combination of the estimated political power of the populace demographics first then the rate of return determination of a healthy individual to the State’s workforce will receive in return for it's parasitic tyrannical existence.

Case in point, the current 'Hate Crimes' bill in the House and Senate (‘The Pedophile Protection Act’) will allow a creation of a protected class of crime victims based on sexual deviations by the perpetrator. With the Federal government promoting a higher precedence to alternative lifestyles over a majority straight populace. It is conceivable such medical decision-making is also very possible. The government decision matrix could also factor any non-medical factors; how about race, religion, or received income. In the previous example of Paul to Paulette, Paul may be told sorry this is Black History month, the Federal government is only considering blacks this month for sex changes come back in the month of March with your request. President Barack Hussein Obama’s nominated federal appellate Judge Sonia Sotomayor to the US Supreme Court could easily endorse such decisions. Her previous appellate decisions are based on empathy and racial reverse discrimination.

Frankly within the first 30 minutes of when Michael Jackson was reported dead on the AM airwaves, I had grown very tired of the news topic and was desperately looking for other reported news topics. The media was so fixated on the Michael Jackson death that the traffic reports every 10 minutes during rush hour were bypassed. Luckily that day the rush hour traffic was following smoothly through Jacksonville Florida so there was need to detour on my route. Finally I had to give up on the AM news and listen to the Oldies FM music station (70’s-80’s era).

Two thoughts kept going through my mind. First: It made me realize what a wonderful healthcare system & economic system America possesses even through our current tyrannical parasitic Federal government is conducting a War on Prosperity and on our Privatized healthcare system. America still is the only country in this world where a poor black male youth can grow up to be a rich white female. Now try that with president Barack Hussein Obama’s proposed Nationalized Healthcare.

Second: Michael Jackson, (He/She/It) was always a freak in my book. I missed out on all the hoopla when the album ‘Thriller’ was released. I just enlisted in the U.S. Army and I was enduring basic training and AIT (Advance Individual Training) and my exposure to music, media, and the outside world was quite limited. When I watched Michael Jackson on music videos, I always thought it was odd that he could not keep his hands off his crotch like he had something Ajax and water could not scrub off. He had an uncanny affinity for chimpanzees and little children. The accusations & legal proceedings based on impropriety to child sexual behavior and his physical body structure transformation was too much for me to pay attention to.

Once Michael Jackson is laid to rest, I predict the funeral aftermath will get interesting. Michael Jackson is reported to have left a 400 Million dollar debt.

I would like to know where has been Mass Rep. Slobbering Barney Frank all this time? We need a Congressional hearing to know why this Pop Star was missed in the Federal TARP funding. Clearly Michael Jackson was too big to fail as a Pop Star.

I bet the next of kin, business partner(s), last minute child rape accusers and all their attorneys will come from all four corners of this planet to make their claim of how the last remnant of substance is picked off Michael Jackson’s bones. Will there be a ‘Jackson’ Czar appointed by president Barack Hussein Obama to oversee the bankruptcy?  Will there be a conspiracy theory proposed that president Barack Hussein Obama caused Michael Jackson’s cardiac arrest? Did president Barack Hussein Obama call Michael Jackson and nominate him as a ‘Children’ Czar?

So what is next? Naming streets in our communities Michael Jackson Blvd. How about another State and Federal holiday?

In this day in age, millions of dollars spent at the State and Federal government levels are like mere pennies found on the floor of a Brinks security truck. For the fiscal year 2010, Barack Hussein Obama is proposing an annual Federal budget of approx 3.6 trillion dollars. A Porkzilla of budgets, which would make a Keynesian economist blush with glee. To be sensitive to us actual taxpayers, he found a whopping 19 Billion dollars of government spending waste, which in theory was removed from his proposed 2010 annual budget.

If the Federal government was actually going to save the 19 Billion & invest it and not discreetly find another redistribution entitlement program, America could easily fund an actual cost effective Southern Border security system without having to dip even deeper in the pockets of us patriotic taxpayers. The interest alone earned on 19 Billion would easily fund the Southern Border fence. I have always believed that the border security initiative has always been pure lip service by our Federal government to us conservatives who believe in Borders, Culture, and Language as the glue that holds this American country together. 

 The Federal government in reality has been fighting against the Southern Border security. The Federal government needs those illegal aliens as head count on entitlement programs to justify their ‘War on Prosperity’ (Private Market). The politicians seem to believe that productive illegal aliens will sure up the ‘Ponzi’ scheme of entitlement funding since the following generations behind the selfish Baby Boomers can not supply the tax revenue because of lower headcounts in the tax base.

By my research only 12 miles of actual Southern Border wall has been built to date. The Southern Border wall also is supposed to entail 624 miles of a ‘Virtual Fence’. In reality, a ‘Virtual Fence’ is an invisible fence that contains stern signs to deter crossings, cameras, and radar to notify some government agency/bureaucrat that the illegal aliens are crossing but no one is going to do anything about it.

I have done some research and I can actually guarantee to protect the Southern American border for less than 55 million dollars in initial cost.

The length of the American/Mexican border is 1969 miles long. Materials and installation of an invisible fence is 1.52 to 2.23 dollars a foot per ‘Invisible Fence’ (www.invisiblefence.com). Since we are talking government contractors let’s use 2.23 dollars a foot. There are 5280 feet in a mile. We are talking 1969 * 5280 * 2.23 = 23 .2 million dollars.   This first line will be installed on the American/Mexican border.

Pit Bulls are the perfect dogs for security. I actually own one for my own personal security in the downtown area of Jacksonville Florida. Predators and thugs are more afraid of these types of dogs than they are of handguns. SusieQ has actually protected me three times in the past nines months from being robbed walking outside at night.

Not all Pit Bulls are friendly if abused. We will need to contain some of these mongrels from our own Border Patrol so there needs to be a second line of invisible fence 100 yards from the border. The Pit Bulls will be able to roam 100 yards against the 1969-mile border. 46.6 million dollars so far.

I estimate that America will need 1 pit bull for every 1/8 mile and the typical cost of a dog that comes from an animal shelter is 85 dollars. I will not factor in any free dogs confiscated from Michael Vick’s residence. 1969 * 8 * 85 = 1,338,920 dollars.

Total estimated cost so far is just under 48 million dollars. Include food and water bowls, chew toys, and water lines and wells for a local water supply and I would expect the estimated cost to be very close to 55 million dollars.

The invisible dog fence on the border will have many benefits that should please our Liberal minded friends. All the commie tree huggers won’t complain about the devastation to the ‘environment’ and the animal migration patterns will not be disrupted mind that the animal can run faster than a Pit Bull. This will also insure that healthy wild animals are in the gene pool. PETA and Animal Rights activist will be happy knowing sheltered animals will be saved and not euthanized. The life of an animal will still trump the live of the human unborn.   The only disadvantage would be that the Border Patrol officer would have to take time out of his/her busy schedule to feed the Pit Bulls on a daily basis.

Once the Invisible Southern Border dog fence is in place, then double dog dare Jose to cross the border now. Those illegal aliens wanting to return to Mexico due to our economic condition will have to wait on our side of the border. Buses will safely return the illegal aliens back on the Mexican side of the border. This will prove to the world our compassion of the illegal alien.

The country’s political and economic soul that I swore my allegiance to as a child in the classroom every school morning and as an enlisted U.S Army soldier in the 1980’s is no more. After Ronald Reagan, I have watched Republicans direct America down the slow path of Socialism and delicately battle Democrats who desire America to travel the highway to Socialism"Marxism. Since Barack Hussein Obama’s administration, neither political party really debated the recent Porkzilla non U.S. Constitutional authorized Stimulus"Recovery and Omnibus bills which did nothing but expand Federal powers and Federal & State government entitlements. The proposed annual Federal budget of 3.6 Trillion U.S. dollars has already passed the scrutiny of the House. I suspect the Senate will also follow suit.

I am aghast of how the America citizen lays in submission awaiting the eventual slaughter of all God given rights bestowed to us in the U.S. Constitution. I believe America is very sick society when the majority of citizens will sacrifice their own well-being and U.S. Constitutional rights as long as it harms their fellow high-achieving citizen(s) in the Socialist view of ‘fairness’ and equity.

There is only a shade’s gray of difference between Republican and Democratic political parties these days. Both want to social engineer to their party line morality through government mandates and both believe in re-distribution of wealth. The only difference is the Republicans stay two steps to the right of Democrats just to state: ‘Hey we are more conservative than those other guys’. American greatness was founded by Libertarian ideas and sunk by a how-can-I-buy-your-vote big government imperial political parties (Republican and Democrat) 222 years later (1787-2009).

The Federal government is more than happy to fund ‘Community Organizing’ entities in mob rule activities for example ACORN to organize protest at the homes of Corporation officers of their darling scapegoat corporation AIG. The government was also more than happy to identify the AIG Corporation officers for the protesters. There is a real sickness in the American mentality when a citizen has more ambition and energy to protest wealth envy than to apply that same ambition and energy toward finding a job or creating a business for themselves. How does the Federal government expect the Financial Markets to recover and trust the investment of their money when the Federal government forces private business to perform risky business practices, challenge the sacred trust of an existing contract terms, and verbally identify and threaten high achievers in private business?

Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., is now calling it ‘un-American’ to enforce immigration laws, and calling illegal alien criminals ‘heroes’ and pledging to protect their ‘right to work’ in our country. She has called law enforcement officers un-American for doing their job – while she told the illegal criminals, "You are very special people – you're here on a Saturday night to take responsibility for our country's future. That makes you very, very patriotic." It is not very complimentary to the American citizen who pays their taxes and lives within the Federal"State"Local laws. So Nancy Pelosi, are you demanding me as an American citizen to also hire an illegal alien criminals as employees and risk the chance of fines and/or prison time to prove that I am a patriot?

MIAC will also function as a vehicle for two-way communication between federal, state and local law enforcement community within our region.”

Hunting & fishing or just plain outdoor activities has always been a major taboo activities to the Liberal worldview. To the Liberal, it is the equivalent of crimes against Mother Earth punishable by death of the offender. Blood thirsty man just indiscriminately kills sweet innocent peace loving Bambi or your ATV is absolutely ripping the landscape apart. Man is just a pesky cancer on this planet which Mother Earth is going to die at any moment. Liberals tend to have the Walt Disney cartoon image of how animals live in the wild forever imprinted into their minds. Never mind the fact that all animals live within a food chain and brutally kill other animals and/or may eat plants for food.

In the attempt to eliminate game sportsman whether it is a fisherman and/or a hunter from the act of hunting; if the action of hunting can not be stopped why not ban their tools of the trade which allows the game sportsman from performing their action of hunting? The National Park Service is a quasi-government entity:

So if lead is banned what are all the consequences of this mandate when it evolves? How does this affect all the ‘Mother Earth’ communers who travel to the National Parks in their Hybrid vehicles? Do not these Hybrid vehicles contain earth friendly acid and lead plates in their battery cells to produce CO2 friendly energy. Do not bother bringing electronic equipment like digital cameras, radios, or you’re GPS. Those electronic devices contain solder which is a derivative of lead. Why stop there, just ban all vehicles since all vehicles have some kind of lead in their electronic systems or batteries.

If the gun industry uses copper or steel for ammunition, will the National Parks allow hunting again? If a fisherman tied a rock to his line as a weight, does this make him legal again? I seriously doubt it. Even if they did, more harm would be caused from the harder projectile tips used by the hunters. Instead of the soft lead projectile, a harder projectile material would continue to travel through the hunted animal and penetrate through the next animal. As for fishing, I am sure that the Liberals will derive a reason why rocks as fishing weights are harmful to the environment.

Without the hunting license revenue and park fees from sportsmen and other park visitors, who is going to finance the National Parks? Are the National Parks going to be forced to travel up to Capital Hill and demand their own bailout because their own government mandates halted the use of the National parks?

I understand the symbolism of April 15th which is the last day annual Federal income taxes are due to be filed and reconciled. It is a day filled with contempt for us 50% portion of the American population who actually pays income taxes. Each year the contempt grows as our tyrannical Federal government incrementally increases in size and power against the favor of the actual tax payer to enable the dependant class for vote purchasing power.

? Increases net taxes by $1.35 trillion over the next 10 years.

? Increase the Death Tax back to the devastating 45 percent rate.

? The budget lays the foundation for a government take over of health care, including hundreds of billions of dollars in higher taxes, a huge new bureaucracy, and possibly Canadian-style rationing of health care.

While looking for the time and place for my local venue tea party gathering in the Jacksonville Florida area http://taxdayteaparty.com/ , I noticed that the party is during work hours on Wednesday April 15th. I have been given permission to take time off for 'personal' business which everyone knows where I will be. I question how many other people will really participate by taking time from work. The scenario for Liberals to organize in a political expression is not the same as us conservatives. This is not like two million Liberals going to Washington DC for Barack Hussein Obama's presidential inauguration and only 14 individuals taking time off from work.

Liberals demographics tend to be of two social economic sectors. The dependant class, no explanation here they just have their hand out expecting a government entitlement. The other is the elitists Orwellian Liberal class. Those who have already have accumulated wealth, not that there is anything wrong with wealth, can shelter their wealth in a trust and then draw a small income which is considered poverty by government standards. In effect, the independently wealthy affluent individual can live on their trust in combination with government redistribution of wealth and benefits intended for the actual disadvantaged individuals. (That is why the government will never have a means testing for entitlements.) 

Liberal political demonstrations have always been more successful. It is a nice way for the Liberals to break the boredom of daytime shows and private part scratching and feel important about something. Liberals are always on the lookout for a local protest for some excitement.

Conservatives are a much different demography that includes entrepreneurs, industrialist, high achievers, and HENRY's (High Earner Not Rich Yet). They want the government to stay out of their life personally and financially so they can obtain their goals. I am not sure if I know too many conservative who really work only 40 hours a week.

When the Boston colonist participated in the original Boston Tea Party 1773, it was done in the middle of the night. I question if it was to truly conceal their identity from the British authorities or was it because after working all day then doing all the daily chores like cleaning the horse stall and chopping wood, by the time the angry American colonist had any available time, it was dark outside.

If the next organized Tea Party was scheduled after work hours or on a non-traditional work day, I suspect the Tea Party participation would increase ten fold. Crowds large enough that even the news media could not down play as a news event.

My son tells me that the library books in the New Berlin Elementary School are coded with color dots; First grade – pink/yellow/light blue, Second grade – red/white, Third grade – red/white/purple, Fourth grade – dark blue, and Fifth grade – brown/black. With government educational school standards continuously lowered over the years to allow more children to be promoted to the next grade, I am afraid to view a library book designated for a third grader to realize it was the standard first grade reading level of when I attended school in the 1970’s.

One of the most troubling stories that my son tells me is that students are ONLY allowed to choose a book with a color dot that is designated to their grade level. I can understand the school discouraging a student not to read a book at a level lower than their grade level but, not reading above their grade level. Students can face discipline for reading a higher level book by the teacher so they do not attempt it. The individual spirit of higher achievement is being terminated in our government schools. I want my son to be challenged and I am more than happy to buy books which are at a young adult level. If you (my son) get stuck on a word just ask me to pronounce it and I also will give you an age appropriate definition of the word. I have granted my son permission at his government school if he chooses to challenge his teacher from stopping his higher level reading. He knows that he will face no punishment by me in his pursuit of education.

The government teaching mediocrity is also reflected in the third grade FCAT (Florida Comprehensive Assessment Testing) standardized testing (reading and math). Three parts of the FCAT are reading skills testing. Two school days were dedicated to the ‘pre-test’ of the three part reading portion. Incidentally, two of the three reading portions just also happened to be on the actual FCAT tests. The tested students knowing two thirds of the reading section guaranteed the elementary school a high probability of an overall passing FCAT score for their third grade. Two school days were wasted which could have been used to teach children actual reading, writing & arithmetic squandered to enhance their FCAT rating of the school & please the Duval county school board bosses and the state of Florida government education bureaucrats.

In the event my son comes of age and decides to live with me, the first order of business will be the selection of a private school. I could not view myself in the mirror each morning knowing that I withheld valuable learning possibilities from my son.

Since my marriage and then my divorce, I really have not been in the dating scene. On occasions I may meet a woman and date for a while but the relationship typically dies on its own. Normally it is because of one or a combination of four reasons; she will not stop talking about her divorce which happened years ago, she is in financial dire straits and is looking for financial remedy, she enjoys her alcohol too much, or we had sex now I must spend the remainder 23 hours of the day repairing her house (Most Common). Just because I own multiple family properties and do my own renovations & property maintenance does not mean I want to do it on my date time. I enjoy my daily cigar and my weekly pitcher of beer but besides that I do not like to poison my body much more than that.

I guess I am showing my age (45) by comparing the mating custom differences between mine (Generation X) and the current generation of single America. In my prime days of dating before my marriage, one could gauge if they were going to achieve quality time with a woman by the last barrier of clothing on a woman. If she was wearing grandma undies there was no way of achieving quality time due to hormone timing or her lack of interest in you, you were better off ending the date quickly as possible unless you were already in a committed relationship. If she was wearing bikinis, if the date went well there was a 50/50 chance of quality time. If she was wearing a thong and the date went well, quality time was soon to follow. My recent female apparel observations have thrown out many of my dating rules of engagement.

Last week I agreed to join a group of guys from the local cigar store to the 2009 Folio Weekly Martinifest at the Jacksonville Municipal Stadium. For the cost of a VIP ticket, one can consume all the food and martinis as they can handle from 6:00pm to 10:00pm. Since I am not a liquor drinker I went for the food and the potential chance of networking with the ladies. There was unlimited great food, never-ending spirits, and great trance music. I felt like an old man there. The typical age of the crowd was early to mid-twenties.

I was in awe appreciating the young ladies in their hoochie couchie momma party dresses. Most party outfits left nothing to the imagination. The women seem to be proud to show to God and Country their de-forested private parts. Victoria’s Secret was no more. Wearing a thong was the rarity. As a red blooded male I had to look at the publicized female private region and began making a game out of the prediction if the woman was wearing panties or not. The only generalized rule that I could come up with if the woman was fat and/or her shoes did not have heels, and then I could safely predict she was wearing panties. I guess in is in vogue for women not to wear undergarments. It made me very thankful that I do not have a daughter. The allure of the young women began to wane I when I began to realize I was appreciating someone’s daughter. A new tactic was necessary; if I strike up a conversation with a young woman, see if her mother is available.

It made me think that the roles of males and females have been reversed in the attraction process. In the 1980’s us guys enjoyed wearing shirts, which accented our muscles or just showed off our muscles in the order to attract a women. These days few men actually do any manual labour anymore so they wear more clothes to puff up their physical appearance. The today’s man is feminized and seems to be an embarrassment to the male species from my standpoint. The women enhanced by plastic and the display of their de-forested private parts were now the ones advertising to actively attract the men. I do not mind a woman being forward and calling me if I would like to join her on a date but I would I can wait a few more hours to know what her crotch looks like.

At 10:00pm I was the sober individual in the cigar store group so I had to drive the big Ford Excursion back to the neighborhood and drop off everyone at their homes. I even scored a free hat, t-shirt, and a nice fine martini glass from talking sweet to one of the pretty female martini vendors. I see an advantage being old. You can talk in a manner to a young woman and she is humored and probably thinks he is just a harmless dirty old man. If I said those things to a woman my age range she would of slapped me.

As for me, I am comfortable being old fashioned. I still appreciate a woman more when she clothed and her private parts are hidden from public view.

At first it puzzled me why a billionaire would endorse a Liberal (Socialist/Marxist) presidential candidate. Socialism (or the redistribution of wealth) would have never allowed Warren Buffett to achieve the wealth that he has acquired. On the surface it seems to contradict all laws of free-market economics why would someone who believes in free markets and the accumulation of wealth endorse a political candidate that believes and campaigns about the redistribution of wealth. Socialists are very generous with someone else’s money. Socialism enables dependency, which competes against the free market's productivity and overall value. Then it occurred to me. Warren Buffett was at a position where he wanted to be and now he wanted to use the powers of the Federal government to slam the door on others who could compete with him in the free markets and the accumulation of wealth. With the Democrat’s assistance, he could control the economic variables that affect his investments by basing his predictive investment models on the Democrat’s Social Engineering policies. It also explains why other large corporations acquire lobbyist and seek targeted legislation in their market sectors.

Barack Hussein Obama's view of economic recovery strongly conflicts with the worldview of the free market investor and entrepreneurs of a free market. Barack Hussein Obama claims only government can fix the economy with Keynesiantheory. If the private sector is not going to spend their money and investments then the government will just confiscate the investor's private property & the future generation’s potential private property and spend it for them in an attempt to get the economy moving again. Never in American history has Keynesian economic policy ever worked and it has never worked in any other foreign economy where it has been attempted to include Socialist based economies. Just research Japan economy in the 1990’s, which is now been named the 'Lost Decade'.

The Dow is now less then half of it's value of 14000 points just a year ago. Since president Barack Hussein Obama's inauguration just only 46 days ago, the Dow's decline has accelerated in its decline. Dropping from 11000 points to approx 6500 at the time of this writing. Berkshire Hathaway Inc., Warren Buffett's Insurance and Investment Company, barely broke even in the fourth quarter because of losses on derivatives contracts tied to the stock market. Profits have fallen 96 percent, the fifth straight quarterly decline, and Berkshire's net worth has tumbled $10.9 billion (7.64 billion pounds) in the years final three months. Net worth per share fell 9.6 percent in 2008, only the second decline since Warren Buffett began running Berkshire in 1965. It fell 6.2 percent in 2001. In his annual letter to Berkshire shareholders, Warren Buffett also offered a gloomy economic outlook, saying, "The economy will be in shambles throughout 2009 -- and for that matter, probably well beyond."

Barack Hussein Obama is just getting started on his Socialist initiatives. Next in queue are the Omnibus Bill to nationalize home loans, the 3.6 Trillion annual Federal operating budget, and Nationalized Health Care. Barack Hussein Obama is beginning to make Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton look like a Liberal Republican. I am curious when Hillary Clinton remarked that she had so many ideas for America but America could not afford them if she even imaged the same magnitude for Federal government growth?

With the all out assault on the free markets by the Federal government under Barack Hussein Obama's administration did Warren Buffett think he would be immune of Federal government policy because he endorsed him? Only government and George Soros are immune from Socialist tyranny so far. The socialist parasite eventually turns on all hosts to include George Soros, that is its nature. Did Barack Hussein Obama ever thank you (Warren Buffett) for being a useful idiot? (A Communist term for individuals who promote an ideology, which they really do not believe in but promote for their own benefit.) Warren Buffett welcome to the beauty of Socialism, it is also considered very patriotic and your duty to pay more in taxes as you are losing your net wealth.
