Ellen DeGeneres adopted a Terrier dog through a dog adoption agency named ‘Mutts and Moms’.  The dog did not get along with her cats so Ellen gave the dog to another loving home which had two children (daughters) ages 11 and 12.  Unfortunately with most Liberals, they believe that all things are equal and everything could be worked out so everyone (including the pets) could bark and meow Kumbaya together.  In reality Iggy the dog and the cats didn’t see the world the same way as Ellen.

I have always wondered if Animal rights activist think that can make vegetarians out of meat eating predators? But that is another story.

The contract that Ellen signed specifically stated no children under the age of 14.  ‘It's for the protection of the dog’ stated the animal agency ‘Mutts and Moms’.

Why should not a child have a dog under the age of 14?  A child has plenty of time to spend with the dog and has plenty of affection to give to the dog.  How much time is a hormone crazed teenager wanting to party or a working adult going to give to a pet dog?  Does neglecting the dog provide the dog protection?  Reducing the number of parties legally able to adopt doesn’t help the chances of the dog to live either.  Eventually the remainder of the dogs will have to be euphemized because the agency cannot find homes for all the pooches.  Now that is protecting the interest of the dog.

What is it with Liberals (Socialist) that they tend to have arrogant self-righteous intentions and the intention weighs heavier than the actual outcome of the intention?

Why did Ellen even the contract in the first place?  From the viewpoint of a Liberal (Socialist), who cares about signing your name to a contract that specifically has terms in it?  Liberals like to derive meaning out of contracts (or the Constitution for a matter of fact) that is not explicitly written on paper and like to ignore/disregard explicitly written words on paper that does conflicts to their worldview.

You made one big mistake Ellen, Liberals place the life of animal prior to the life of a human so yes the contract is going to be enforced.  You lose.  You should have realized that.  Liberals really don’t like children unless children promote the Socialist expansion of government and/or for the recruitment of young participants in alternative sexual activity.

If you think that Iranians are ignoring our blogs and the news, you are very mistaken.  The Iranians are following anti-American politicians very closely and are using the anti-American rhetoric as propaganda.  This morning I noticed a hit from Tehran on my blog.  They were searching on Yahoo: ‘White House Kooker’

My blog came up on the search results so they read it.  I was curious why they would search those key words so I did some research on my own.  I think I have pieced it together.  There is a Joyce Kooker from Winterset Iowa who supports Kucinich and Moveon.org .  She is very active in the Democratic Party and very anti-American.  I found this sample posting on www.nctimes.com which, is a California based newspaper.

Well this is very telling of how your Federal government views us un-washed masses in the South.  We are just a bunch of disease-ridden rednecks living in trailers and driving around in pickup trucks with shotgun racks.  Shielded from the population that voted for these Federal elected officials inside the 695 beltway in Washington D.C. they seem to have a Hollywood inspired view of the South and the NASCAR fan.

What makes this demographic threatening to you Rep. If this is the best that the Homeland Security Committee can do to monitor enemies of the Federal Republic then all the Federal Government has done is create another extension of the Federal Government that consumes tax payer resources without any benefit outside of the 695 beltway in Washington D.C.

Personally Rep. I believe that our Federal/State/Local governments allowing illegal aliens to invade our borders, allowing them to disregard our laws, and give them entitlements is an abomination.

I used to be absolutely opposed to the illegal invasion of these aliens from other countries.  In the past several weeks, I must admit that I am more receptive to allowing illegal immigration.  At least I can get some work out of illegal aliens.  Try to employ an America who has been raised from the entitlement mindset.  Here in Jacksonville Florida, at best you might get two hours of work out of one of these American citizens before they throw down the rake and steal your tools.

The American ‘poor’ are so affluent that they can afford cell phones, 200-dollar basketball shoes, and cable TV service.  Just try to employ one of these ‘poor’ individuals at 11-15 dollars an hour tax-free and see what kind reaction you get in return.  I suspect that our level of poverty is the equivalent to royalty in third world nations. 

Pay a Mexican or Guatemalan 10 dollars hour tax-free and they will work all day and even come back the next day half sober.  The illegal labor is not skilled but, it is dependable.

If I were elected president of The United States, I would stop the illegal invasion by demanding the America government to force Mexico and the other invading countries to accept one of our career entitlement citizens in exchange of each one of their citizens.  Watch how quickly immigration would come to a screeching halt when these invading countries experience our deadbeat society.  America would be on the positive side of that equation.

Look how pathetic the entitlement mindset is in the Katrina camps.  Two years has gone by and the entitlement survivors still have not even made an attempt to go back and re-build their lives in New Orleans.  It is the responsibility of the Federal government to buy their supplies, rebuild their shanty house, and drive them to and from.  After several thousand of these entitlement citizens are sent to Latin America, their governments would be waving the white flag screaming ‘Nay Mas’ (No More).

As president of The United States, I would use the same tactics as the Liberals (Socialist) view the Constitution.  If is explicitly printed in the Constitution strike it down with Federal and State laws i.e. Gun law, Emanate Domain, and Freedom of Religion (Not Freedom From Religion….).  If it is not explicitly printed in the Constitution the law/freedom was implied and the implied law/freedom must be protected at all cost via the courts i.e. Abortion and Privacy.

I would find a sentence or word in the Constitution to find my implied power to have these American entitlement citizens deported to Latin America in exchange for working illegal aliens.  That would be my way of helping my fellow entrepreneurs and reducing the entitlement financial burden as president of The United States.

Animal and/or Vegetarian activist/ often humor me.  For some reason, activists always feel compelled to make a public statement and/or take the initiative to challenge me so they can validate their own personal worldview.  I guess in their mind, making the gesture of caring and making sure everyone hears it is a valued more than actually living strictly to the stated idea of caring about the value of an animal’s life.

For example, I live in a wealthy historic neighborhood in Jacksonville Florida.  The demographics is comprised of:

* Trust fund generations who do not have a Corporate America job but are involved in non-for-profit organizations to make them selves feel good about their existence.

* Service staff that cater to the Trust-fund generations.

* Alternative lifestyle(s)

* Young couples buying and renovating a house purchased from a trust-fund family that finally slaughtered the trust fund by drugs, alcohol, and uncontrolled spending.  I fall into this category.

The secret handshake or code to be popular in my neighborhood society is to be a vegetarian and have a ‘Save The xxxxxxxxxxx (Name Your Animal Of Choice Here)’ bumper sticker on your gas-burning vehicle.  Trust me, there are many Animal and/or Vegetarian activists in my neighborhood.

I also enjoy animals.  I either treat them humanely as a pet or savor them at the correct temperature on my diner plate. I have a dog; my dog is my best friend when I do not have visitation with my son.  I must admit that I do not like cats.

When I am in the mood for steak, I like to walk down to my restaurant of choice and order a large sizzling plate of beef fajitas and enjoy my diner on the outdoor patio.  As the hot plate is delivered to my table, I always enjoy looking around to see who is sneering at me or who is going to make a smart comment about my menu selection.  I don’t fault vegetarians for being grumpy.  If I self imposed myself to only eating vegetables and grains, I would be grumpy also.

Typically it is some idealistic female college student who has to make a snide comment about the aroma of my steak fajitas and how can I eat an animal.  It is animal cruelty to kill that animal for my diner.  After a few exchanges in the past I have learned how to respond to these activists.

I always like to compliment the individual’s leather shoes that they are wearing which came from the hide of a cow.  Typically I like to next compliment them on the fine leather seats in their vehicle.  And if the individual is a female, finish the compliment about the makeup she is wearing which is probably made from fish oil and the shimmering effect of her makeup, which came from fish scales.  If the individual is diabetic, remind them that their insulin came from a pig pancreas.  Challenge them to make their pet cat or dog a vegetarian.  Fluffy the cat and Spot the dog are not going to be happy.

The conversation always then turns to because I killed the animal first so I could enjoy my barbaric diner; the byproducts were already available to be used.  Even if meat was banned from grocery stores, I seriously doubt these Animal and/or Vegetarian activist were going to give up their luxuries or beauty aids.  If these guys ever considered all the products, which make their human life better, I suspect they would ditch the cause.

I was enjoying a pitcher of beer yesterday evening at the American Legion by myself.  I was thinking about all the items that I needed to purchase at the local mega-home improvement store because I am renovating a house for my seven-year-old son and me.  After I compiled all the items on paper, my thoughts focused on the bubbles in my pitcher of beer.

Then it dawned on me, the environmental activist are panicking about the production of Carbon Dioxide (CO2), which they state is causing ‘Global Warming’.  Why hasn’t anyone voiced a concern about the fermentation process and carbonated drinks that contain CO2?  Has any environmental activist even attempted to measure this activity on the taxpayer’s nickel of course?

Will the Federal ‘Nanny State’ Government’ outlaw foods or drinks that contain CO2?  Probably not since these items (like beer) are too popular with all social economic groups.  I bet though if ‘rich’ people were the only social economic group to pay for beer, that beer would be banned in the name of ‘Global Warming’.

I do not look forward to the day that I will be forced to drink water and/or flat soda.

The United Kingdom has come a long way to de-evolve from a fierce Celtic heritage to the feminized powder puff culture of today.  Almost 2000 years ago (May 43AD) when the Roman Empire soldiers ventured across the channel into the country, which is now England, 5 feet tall Celtic warriors met the Roman invaders with confidence and chased them back onto their boats.  In World War II, England would rather fight the aggressive expansion of NAZI National Socialism to the last standing male than to submit to it.

I suspect that Winston Churchill would not even recognize today’s United Kingdom.  Today’s children are not going to learn about him.  Winston Churchill was taken off the primary school curriculum.  I wonder if Neville Chamberlain is still being taught in the primary school curriculum?

How can the United Kingdom combat the spread of Islamic control?  A slap from a limp wrested United Kingdom male isn’t going to stop the spread of Islam.  The terrorist organization(s) may be your last resort of freedom.

In this article I would like to concentrate on Individuals with Disabilities and their attorneys.  Unfortunately Mother Nature’s reproduction of life is not 100 percent perfect.  An individual may be born with one of their sense(s) missing (blindness, deafness, hearing, etc) and/or a limb may be missing/disfigured.  Life is prolific but is not perfect.  In this litigation happy society, if an individual feels compelled to sue Mother Nature for their disability, hire an attorney and sue God.

Science has made vast improvements to increase one’s chances to live with their disability and allow them to live an independent life.  I have the greatest respect for disabled individuals who push to live an independent life.  I will go out of my way to assist a disabled person who requests my help.

Science has also assisted in combating challenges caused by economics like limited petroleum availability (Hybrid cars) or being able to communicate & shop worldwide (i.e. Internet).  These technology enhancements to human life can be appreciated by all but, that does not guarantee that all individuals will have the capacity to fully utilize the technology enhancements.

Hybrid cars answered one challenge but caused a challenge to blind individuals who depend on sound to navigate.  The cars are almost noise free.

Why doesn’t someone sue the NFL because someone in a wheelchair cannot be a lineman or a quarterback?

This is callus to say but an individual with all his or her senses and correctly formed body is going to have a high probability of having an advantage over someone with a disability.

In this ‘Nanny’ state to promote equality, is the government going to poke out my eardrums out or remove my eyes to eliminate my advantage from someone who is deaf or blind?

I believe that all cultures have kicked this dead horse enough times, Hitler’s Germany.  American’s involvement in World War II eliminated the NAZI threat to the Western Civilization in 1945.  I absolutely believe that the American involvement to combat the NAZI idealism/initiative was the moral and justified action.  By my count that was 62 years ago.

Sometimes I wonder if the war is still fresh in our American mind or the television producer's mind because it seems that half the shows on the History Channel still concentrate on Hitler’s Germany.  It is more like the Hitler Channel to me.  It is easy to despise a non-existent enemy that existed in the past than to confront a living enemy of today for example Islam.

I know for a fact that America has absolutely forgotten or never learned the history of what NAZI Germany was founded on; National Socialism…..  It appears that America is determined to be experience the same failed social & economic control experiment that our sworn WWII enemy attempted.

There is not a function of human life that the National/State/Local governments will not get involved in to purchase votes of the American population then strangle the American citizen or Illegal alien with government control.  If they choose to submit to government control, they may continue to receive the stream of government redistribution of wealth.  That is National Socialism.

I am very concerned about George Soro’s involvement in the Democratic political party.  Try to verbally express an opposition view to socialism or to the Moveon.org group and see what kind of tactics these organizations will do to stifle the 1^st amendment.  The Federal government is no friend of talk radio already.

Looks and sounds like ‘Brown’ shirt tactics to me.  Today free speech.  What freedom or right will be confiscated tomorrow?  What is the difference between National Socialism in Europe in the 1930’s-40’s versus today’s Liberals (Socialist) in America.  Someone please explain the difference to me.

Let me be on the record.  I am absolutely sick and tired hearing about those who can’t and/or don’t and it is always my responsibility to do something about it.  Quite frankly, I have become numb wanting to be a compassionate giver if I am going to be also attacked for being a high achiever and successful.

In my worldview, we are the sum of all our actions.  Every action we choose has a calculated consequence to bring benefit or adverse results to an individual’s life journey.  I do not believe that life is in constant chaos and that we are just victims or lucky lottery winners in the end.

When my residential custodian (non-genetic) father used to physically and mentally abuse me, I left as soon as I could and joined the US Army at the age of 17.  I acquired a four-year degree from college after my military enlistment.  I have taken self-enhancing classes in philosophy and public speaking.  I started my own property management and home renovation enterprise after work when I became divorced to keep me moving and to stay away from self-destructive behavior like alcoholism.  All these selected actions where chosen with the calculation of positive returns on my effort.  Overall, I have been successful.

In 58 months, my real estate venture turned 10K dollars into a 1.8 million dollar empire to date.  You know that one has reached success when you lose the majority of your friends who were your friends during the bad times in your life.  No one forced me to work 35-50 hours a week on my own after my corporate America job but I did it.  It was a gamble that has paid off.

There is an odd phenomenon about the general American public.  People love to watch another bleed but if you succeed, you are now a target of disgust and envy.  The Federal/State/Local governments have done more damage with vote buying schemes in the past 60 years and class warfare to stifle rugged frontier individualism.  Now non-achievers citizens with their hand out are treated with the greatest admiration by the government.

I do most of the maintenance of my multifamily properties myself.  Property maintenance is never constant work.  During busy times, I try to employ ‘Day Labor’ individuals to assist me.  These people love to tell you their hard luck story for sympathy and extra money in their paycheck.  You have to play tough love with these folks.  I will quiz them back:

   Why don’t you try working 40 hours a week instead of 20 hours a week?

   Spend money on your car’s oil change instead of buying so much beer.  The car engine would not have seized.

   Don’t smoke marijuana so you can pass a drug test and get a job with that vendor.

Don’t ask me for financial first aid.  That only enables you to not achieve.

Even to the middle class, what are you doing in your life to sabotage your life?  Are you working at your highest potential?  Let’s admit not everyone is going achieve the greatness of Bill Gates or Charles Branson.  Let me say something very politically incorrect, ‘Men are not created equal in abilities and should not be compensated equally’.

Success is very simple.  There is so much opportunity in this country because so many people are conditioned not to pursue it.  The Federal/State/Local governments discourage high achievement but it is not to the oppressive point yet.  An individual decides whether to walk up to the river of success with a teaspoon or a bucket.  You are your own worst enemy.

Could a Liberal (Socialist) find happiness living under Sharia law?  That particular question kept going through my mind as I watched the admiration and respect that the media and Cornell University extended to the Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.

The Judeo-Christian worldview is very specific in human thoughts and behaviors.  Deviation from the Judeo-Christian worldview is considered sin but not punishable by death unless the sin is also considered as a felony in British based common law.  In reality the American Federal Republic has built a government that gives people protection to live a conservative or progressive lifestyle(s) in safety.

God forbid, but if the American Republic collapsed and the Islamic law of Sharia took over, let’s look at how Liberals and progressive lifestyle(s) would live under Sharia.  Have these people really thought out their actions?  I always find Liberals (Socialist) quite arrogant in their worldview.  Liberals (Socialist) always seem to think that they are immune from any action resulting from social experiment or cause.  I seriously doubt Islamic rule is going to give diplomatic immunity to Liberals.

Rep. Dingell (Democrat) from Michigan's 15^th District is proposing new taxes because it will save the ‘Environment’.  Liberals (Socialist) are at it again in Class Warfare and Environmentalism to attack the work of high-achievers and wealth.

• * A 50-cent-a-gallon tax on gasoline and jet fuel, phased in over five years, on top of existing taxes.
• * A tax on carbon, at $50 a ton, released from burning coal, petroleum or natural gas.
• * Phase-out of the interest tax deduction on home mortgages for homes over 3,000 square feet. Owners would keep most of the deduction for homes at the lower end of the scale, but it would be eliminated entirely for homes of 4,200 feet or more.

I wonder how presidential candidate Edwards is reacting to this proposal?  Doesn’t Edwards own a 28,000 square foot house?  How forth coming are the Kennedy’s in paying higher taxes?  I suspect there is ‘mice’ print loopholes in these tax proposals that exempts them.

A thought came to mind.  Since all taxes seem to be ‘Progressive’ but sales taxes, why hasn’t the Liberals (Socialist) thought up the idea of a Progressive Sales Tax?  The Federal Government issues a national ID card to each legal American citizen containing cumulative IRS data and the card must be swiped at every sales transaction to determine a progressive sales tax based on the cumulative IRS data.  If you are an illegal resident, in America, you are issued an ID card to be used like an ATM card and have a nice shopping spree.

Both sides of the isle, Republican and Democrats, are fixated on vote buying schemes by butchering the IRS laws beyond repair and creation/expansion of government programs not authorized by the Constitution.  Eventually the taxes will break the back of this Federal Republic.

I was born after the Equal Rights Amendment and the Civil Rights Amendment.  I was raised to be an equal opportunity offender by judging everyone by one’s merit and moral fiber.  I am a Generation X’er.  I am a Caucasian and an American citizen.  I had no choice in the matter.  That is how God made me.

The basis of the Civil Rights Amendment was to reinforce the Equal Protection Clause, part of the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution, provides that "no state shall… deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws." The Equal Protection Clause can be seen as an attempt to secure the promise of the United States' professed commitment to the proposition that "all men are created equal" by empowering the judiciary to enforce that principle against the states.

As a Caucasian today, just try to apply equality in all aspects of one’s life and just see how many times you hear the word ‘Racist’.  Anyone who is non-Caucasian who simply does not get their way has a temper tamptrum and screams ‘Racism’.  I seriously question if America even knows the meaning of racism.

The Civil Rights Admendment as it is applied these days is the total opposite of its original intent.  Un-equal standards applied with a overtone of 'White Guilt' to produce equal results now means Equal Opportunity.  Race baiters like Jessie Jackson and Al Sharpton desire to bring the Civil Rights movement back to the point in time which started the Civil Rights movement into action in the first place, separate but equal.  No intergration.

I under no circumstances endorse forced intergration like school busing.  Every person has the choice how much intergration they feel comfortable with.  I choose to separate myself from groups of individuals based on social-economic guidelines.  If an individual doesn’t want to speak business English and wears thier pants below thier buttock, fine I will treat you like dirt.

Yes cultures and existing civilizations were not treated with the kindest curiosity as America developed into a strong Federal Republic.  Name me one growing civilization on this earth, which treated its competitive neighbors as a respected equal.  That is the nature of competition that someone wins and the other must acknowledge defeat & adjust or fight back another day.  43 years has past since the enactment of the Civil Rights Amendment.  That is two generations.  How many future generations who never committed the offenses of the past must pay to the offended generations of individuals who never experienced the offense?

If my father commits murder before I am born should I go to jail as a child or adult to pay for the justice of my father?  The answer is No.  Why should it apply to race relations?

The current generations should be kissing their fore-father’s gravestones and thanking them for paying the heavy price of injustices for today’s generation enjoyment of freedom and affluence.

There is an active Islamic slave trade in Africa now.  I certainly do not see like Jessie Jackson and Al Sharpton actively persuing justice and starting a Civil Rights movement over there.

I am not guilty of any crimes against humanity.  It is beyond me why Caucasians have this continued ‘White Guilt’.  More than enough government effort has been made to right a sin of the past.

I progressed in life as a successful American citizen without:

   Employment and contract Quotas

   Set-asides for college entrance numbers

   No entitlements

   Socially accepted double standards how laws are applied i.e. ‘Hate Crimes’

Why can’t anyone else?

I want to be on the record of announcing my Emancipation Proclamation from White Guilt.  I am simply an American citizen with a clean slate.  Use your phony baloney guilt on someone else.

There is not much that I agree upon with my ex-wife.  Money, fidelity, or sharing, not much at all.

My father says that I was born 80 years too late.  My father claims that I see morality too black and white.  I do not believe in moral relativism.  I believe that It allows one to mentally rationalize any action as ‘justified’ even though it conflicts with the moral fiber of the Judeo-Christian teachings.

Even though I disagree for the reasons why my ex-wife sends my son to private school, I am glad he attends private school.  It is also very ironic that my ex-wife is a public school teacher.

His private school so far seems to be strictly educational.  His curriculum has the basic subjects, religion, and physical exercise.  I enjoy the fact he is extremely quick to absorb information and the class is willing to stay one step ahead of him to challenge him.  At the rate he is going I wonder if I am able to assist him with his homework when he is middle-school age.  I graduated college with bachelors in Business but I never attended any math courses beyond Algebra II.  My capacity for math and science is poor.  I admit it; my mind is geared for art and history.

Every time he sees me he is excited about to tell me all the knowledge that he has learned for the week (Weekly visitation).  We sit together on the weekends and I help him read books on reptiles and ecology from the public library a few city blocks away.

From an Elementary school perspective, I really did not realize what an abomination public/government run schools were until I watched my son play with other children at the park or at the public pools.  Observe how the children interact with each other.   You can quickly learn about the child’s educational background because parents typically converse while the children play and the child’s school is a common question.  When I associated the children’s speaking & reading skills and the child’s school, it becomes very apparent.  There is a large difference between the private versus public/government run schools.  Notice:

    how the child pronounciates words in a conversation

    the child’s vocabulary in a conversation

    the ability to read the candy wrapper and the ingredients

    problem solving of piecing together LEGO kits

I am no education expert but I bet that my son’s second grade education is the equivalent to the child who is attending fourth grade in a public/government run school.

If that is not bad enough, public/government run schools some how feel compelled to social engineer behavior and sexualize children at an early age.  Why can’t a child enjoy an innocent childhood of playing ball or catching turtles?  These days the parent has to proactively defend a child’s innocent childhood from rape by the public/government run school.  Why is it so important to public/government run schools to fill the child’s mind with sexual activity and from all perspectives?

Public/government run schools want to ‘normalize’ homosexuality, bisexuality, and transexuality.  What is stopping these people from promoting bestiality next?

On the show ‘To Catch A Predator’ individuals communicate with ‘assumed’ young children in chat rooms.  The individual is caught and arrested for communicating, educating, and being in the vicinity of the child in a sexual nature.  That is a felony crime.

There doesn’t seem to be much of a difference with a credentialed teacher in a public/government run school teaching all topics of sexual nature to a student whose body is not even developed for sexual activity.  The Public/government run school calls it education.

As I am concerned, public/government run schools are nothing more a government-funded daycare to promote lowest common denominator of stupidity and perversion.

It is absolutely foolish to think that Christians are going to make peace with a Cult of Death and Cowardice.
