I absolutely commend and applaud the gentleman in Pasadena (South Houston) Texas who defended his neighbor’s property, who was not there at the time of the robbery, by shooting at two escaping house robbers at a range of less than 15 feet with blasts from a 12-guage shotgun.  The robbers were injured from shotgun wounds and both died.  That is two less criminals taking a celestial dirt nap and off the streets.  Both robbers were in their 30's.  One had identification indicating he was from Puerto Rico, the other had paper indicating he may have been from Puerto Rico, Colombia or the Dominican Republic.  Surprisingly, the article does not report whether or not if the robbers are American citizens or illegal aliens.

This story came to my attention from the Sunday morning local news talking about National news.  I did some research to find the article.  The wife or girlfriend of the killed robber was sobbing while holding her baby, ‘How could someone kill my husband?’  I wonder if she felt guilty about the stolen items from her husband’s line of work, robbing homes?  Probably not.  I certainly was not overwhelmed with feelings of sympathy for the sobbing woman.

But the person using deadly force must believe there is no other way to protect their belongings and must suspect that taking less drastic measures could expose themselves or others to serious danger.

I personally am going to follow this case very closely.  I believe that this case is going to start a national debate over how much effort a private citizen can defend the private property of others if the protection is requested or not.  How far can private citizens can go to defend himself or herself if police are un-aware or not responding to crime?

Today’s justice, news reporting, and civil rights leaders are not going to be kind to this gentleman.

  · A white man shooting two black robbers.

  · A man shooting robbers caught in the act but the committed crime is not on the owner’s private property.

  · He took the initiative to fight crime without the assistance of Law Enforcement, he is a vigilante.

I seriously question if the law enforcement would have even responded to the 911 call.  Here in Jacksonville, you can call about crime and you would be lucky if they respond within 90 minutes, if they decide to respond at all.  Only if the shooting involves a under age child does the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office (JSO) race to get in front of the news television cameras.

If in fact the story is 100 percent factually true, I will support this man with my own monetary contribution if this incident goes to trial.

Give us your homeless, hungry, sick, uneducated, unemployed, and criminals we (America) will take care of all of you.  Never mind who is going to pay for it all or how long your illegal stay is as long as you vote in favor of the Liberal (Socialist) popular vote initiatives pushed by our elected political officials.  Rugged individualism need not apply in our country.  The skills of converting undeveloped continent into a superpower are punished.  Now America feels compelled to show any and all people regardless of borders how much we care and want to shower them with sustenance.

America has become a homeless shelter to the world domestically and to countries beyond our borders by foreign aid.

With no strings attached to our entitlements within our own borders, we have become the world’s largest soup kitchen.  Kind of like the deadbeat uncle that was only supposed to visit only for Thanksgiving Day but has decided to camp out on the living room couch for the entire week with no desire to leave.  Dad is too scared to offend him by making him seek other living arrangements.

Why can’t America say no illegal aliens and to foreign aid around the world?

For example socialist dictators.  We are so weak stomached as a nation that we watch dictators to nationalize economies, watch the country’s economy to collapse, and then supply the foreign country’s economy with foreign aide.  If the citizens are hungry and mad enough, they will incorporate and collectively fight back to overturn the Socialist dictator.  Because our stomachs are so weak to watch the suffering of the effected citizens of the foreign country we feed the populace and keep them subdued for the socialist dictator for a longer time.  A perfect example is Zimbabwe.  Robert Mugabe the socialist dictator of Zimbabwe turned the breadbasket of Africa to a basket case of welfare in several years.  The end result, America allows the socialist dictator to maintain his power.

So instead of encouraging those who want to improve their own country like Iraq, the incentive is gone and they will leave for America.  How is Iraq going to develop from a 7^th century country mindset if the best and brightest leave the country?  That defeats the whole propose of developing Iraq to a civilized country on friendly terms to America.  That just perpetuates the breeding ground for Islamic terrorism.

The American illegal situation is fairly easy to resolve.  Simply deny the illegal aliens any and all government entitlements and documents and eliminate the ‘Anchor’ baby right.  A hungry stomach will find another place to stay.  Show them the respect of a safe passage back to their country or origin or their next entitlement rich nation like Canada.  Safe passage meaning an exodus free from legal harassment and on the illegal’s peso as long as they do not violate American criminal laws.

If they traveled here on a prayer they are not helpless humans like our own useless American citizens born and breed on entitlements.  Simply show them the door out.

In summary America is a major enabler of a welfare civilization worldwide.  Our own government policies promote dependency without any regard of how the money to fund the welfare societies are sourced.  Darwin’s natural selection has be enhanced by government’s policy, the dependent class is given an environment around the world to breed more dependants and the high achievement is being forced out of existence.  One day the coffers will eventually become empty.  The soup kitchen funds will not be able to keep the welfare soup kitchen stocked and the dependant class will be fed rock soup.

The only difference between America and the Humane Society is that America does not euthanize those who they cannot help we just keep enabling them until they die of natural causes.

Jacksonville Florida has become a city where the Good are afraid of the Bad and the Bad are afraid of nothing.  The ‘Bad’ meaning the criminal element in our community and the Law Enforcement (a.k.a. Jacksonville Sherriff’s Office, John Rutherford) who values moving violations for revenue generating purposes because the Law Abiding pay their fines over pursuing actual crime.  See my article titled ‘City Budget Cuts And Good Riddance Sheriff’s Office’ where I have documented individual instances where I have reported criminal activity on the Riverside/Avondale neighborhood and the JSO’s responses.

The criminal element understands the JSO’s priorities so in the past two years crime has more than doubled.

The criminals are so bold now that they are robbing people at gunpoint in the owner’s front yard where their home in located on a major road through the Riverside/Avondale neighborhood.  In this instance an assistant state attorney was robbed.

typically state hallow words that 'we are pursuing the criminal element'.  I have complained to these two individuals often and have published opinions in local papers.  It has been absolutely radio silence.  They refuse to even give me the time of day.

When a government official is a victim of a crime, all of a sudden crime is a big issue.  I suspect that this robbery will make headlines for several days with a few more squad cars driving up and down the major roads to be seen but the police will only to pick off more revenue generating moving violations in the neighborhood.  Besides that, nothing else will be done because the assistant state attorney is not high enough in the political food chain.

For the criminals in Jacksonville Florida, don’t perform any criminal activities in the 1400 block of Avondale Avenue.  Michael Corrigan lives in the vicinity.  If he is a crime victim, the JSO will then be politically forced to fight crime in the Riverside/Avondale neighborhood and you will have to commit your crimes elsewhere in the city.

I have much respect for someone who backs up their good intentions with their own money and money voluntarily donated from fellow citizens.  I believe that more people would voluntarily give if the Federal/State/Local government did not use force to collect funds, squander it on inefficiency and other general fund initiatives, and then maybe spend a small fraction on the original intent for taxation.  People want to see results for their money unless you are on the receiving side of the re-distribution.

Sometimes individuals who have good intentions tend to not realize that first maybe they should determine if the help is truly wanted and if the help really corrects or enables a behavior/condition that they are attempting to remedy.

Recently the Tony Boselli Foundation leased a dilapidated recreation center building (Simon Johnson Community Center), once maintained and funded by the City of Jacksonville on Moncrief Road near Golfair Boulevard.  This is an area of Jacksonville Florida where half the murders and other violent crimes are committed.  The recreation center was completely renovated by private funds.

For starters the residents of the community and the local government did not appreciate the enhancements because the community was not consulted or involved in the enhancement process.  Secondly it was a slap in the face to the local government officials in the district and to the neighborhood community of the absolute failure of black community and their worldview created by entitlements.

It does not help that Councilwoman Denise Lee is a Corrine Brown want-a-be who blames everything on ‘Mighty Whitey’ as the root of all black American problems.  Councilwoman Denise Lee told Channel 4 by phone she does not think any group should have control over a community center, stating: "Mr. Boselli might be a popular person but he has nothing to do with this community. He does not live here."  In code that means we don’t want a white person helping us black folks.

If a black ex NFL player did the same exercise of community enhancement would he/she have experienced the same reaction?

All I can say is good luck Tony Boselli.  Next time you want to consider helping folks, help those who want to be helped.  Just throwing money and love at a problem doesn’t do anything.  To the black community in Jacksonville Florida, you are your own worst enemy.

For the past year, my seven-year-old son and I would always walk down to the Willowbranch creek and walk the creek’s edge from the Riverside Avenue Bridge up to the drainage pipes at Sydney Street.  It has become a ritual for us on Friday evenings and Saturday & Sunday mornings.  I truly enjoy watching my son catch & release and observe the animals around the creek.  He has an insatiable fascination for creatures great and small.  It was always a spectacular site to catch a glimpse of the Alligator Snapping turtle about the size of a lawn mower that resided under the Riverside Avenue Bridge.

We were very disappointed on Friday evening (15 June 2007) to find the Willowbranch creek heavily polluted with petroleum products.  The petroleum products were sourced from the McDuff Fire Department.  The ‘Official’ statement from the McDuff Fire Department was; Only five gallons of Diesel was released into the storm drain and that they did not where the Diesel ended up.  A few days later after this article, the actual estimate was reported to be 150 gallons.

A friend called me on Tuesday afternoon (17 July 2007) to inform me that new diesel was flowing through the Willowbranch creek again but, not in the same magnitude of the first diesel release.  I took some detailed pictures to document the new diesel in the creek.  Along with the diesel there was collected pools of floating objects that looked like human waste.  Since the water sewage facility plant #111 on Mc Duff is older than 50 years old, I would challenge the City of Jacksonville to validate the operating integrity of the facility since it is on the same drainage line to the Willowbranch creek.

There is the major point that the City of Jacksonville refuses to address.  The diesel spill source was caused from an underground storage tank, which developed leaks from age.  The ground water table rose from the summer rains and pushed the diesel out of the tank.  The major issue is: the tanks are documented as removed in 1988 to the State of Florida and the contractor was paid by the City of Jacksonville to have the tanks removed.  The city will not disclose who paid the contractor and who the contractor was.  When you observe the parking lot of the Fire Department you will also notice many personal owned diesel pickup trucks.  I suspect the firemen were having diesel delivered to the fire department and distribute the diesel for their own personal use since the tank had no official city use.

Being the outspoken individual I am, I continued to make noise with the local newspapers and local government employees:  Here are some exchanges with the City of Jacksonville.

On Tuesday evening (31 July 2007) I received a voice mail from a Dana Morton requesting me to contact him.  Vince Siebold wanted Dana Morton to talk to me in person about my concerns of the Willowbranch creek water quality.  I talked to Dana Morton on the phone Wednesday morning, and voiced my initial thoughts of the Willowbranch creek on the phone.  We agreed to meet in person at the Willowbranch creek at 5:15pm, Wednesday afternoon (1 August 2007).

We met at the Oak street pedestrian bridge.  We introduced ourselves and, Dana Morton threw a water-testing probe into the creek to show me how he tests the water.  Since the water is tidal at Oak Street, we agreed to drive up to the pedestrian bridge between Park Street and Sydney Street.  That is the location where I have documented the questionable contaminants in the Willowbranch creek.

We observed the creek health there and I showed him locations where the turtles used to reside in the creek.  Dana Morton did some more creek measurements and observations.  He also educated me on how to spot signs of pollution and how to find the source.  Even though Riverside/Avondale is an old established urban neighborhood that does not guarantee that sewer and discharges go to a treatment plant.  There still can be septic tanks and direct discharges in use.

I voiced my theory that the petroleum has stopped flowing in the past few days but now a detergent like substance has replaced it.  It is almost like someone is trying to disguise the petroleum with a detergent to mask it.  There was a heavy milky substance flowing from the Sydney street pipes, which caught Dana Morton’s attention.  He originally did not intend to take water samples but the heavy milky substance made him decide to take some water samples.  This was clearly not a natural occurrence.  Samples and measurements were collected at:

• Sydney Street
• The pedestrian bridge between Park Street and Sydney Street
• The Oak street pedestrian bridge
• St Johns Avenue Bridge

The fecal contaminant results measured 8 times the city and state limits for allowable pollution discharge.  No mention of what the milky substance was.  I doubt the city would disclose incriminating evidence about itself.

Since the major diesel spill from the McDuff Fire Station mid June, those creek walks have almost ended.  With all the summer rainstorms the diesel seems to have been flushed from the creek.  We have walked the creek banks six times since the spill.  We are very disappointed of the lack animals living in the creek, just a few schools of fish and some occasional snails.

Since the spill, the City of Jacksonville has started broadcasting commercials on local TV stations promoting the idea ‘The St John, It’s Your River’.  The commercial asks private citizens to take responsibility to make all possible steps to keep from polluting the river.  It is very ironic that the offender tries to cover and show concern about the issue but places the responsibility on another.

Two days ago a tugboat owned by a private entity is reported to have spilled oil in the St John’s River.  The City of Jacksonville is all over this investigation.

Such a careless act of disposal from a private citizen is center of local news with the City of Jacksonville vowing to enforce fines and penalties.  Why does the City of Jacksonville get a quite pass or immunity?  The McDuff Fire Department and the City of Jacksonville should be held accountable to the same standard.

To further add insult to the City of Jacksonville’s disregard for environmental law, the local city government is attempting to create new taxes in the name of ‘environmentalism’ but there is absolutely no guarantee or motivation to direct the environmental taxes to environmental purposes.  The new Sewer Storm drain taxes have yet to be approved.

This is the government’s new tactic to increase taxes and control private land use.  Make the private citizen feel good about taxes in the name of environmental causes then use the taxes in the general fund.  The same applies to Global Warming.

The City of Jacksonville in Florida and Sheriff John Rutherford keep alluding to the fact that the budget cuts related to the Homestead property tax amendment for the State of Florida will a cause reductions in Law Enforcement.  Sheriff John Rutherford shamelessly seems to think that if he implies a reduction of law enforcement in the city that the public will be scared into voting against the Homestead property tax amendment.

I for one welcome the reduction of Law Enforcement in Duval County.  I have called the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office (JSO) in the Riverside area for:

·        Graffiti, no response.

·        Drug activity, showed up once when I mentioned I found Oxicodin.

·        Mentioned drug activity and prostitution to patrolling JSO cars, no response.

·        Reported a van in front of my house being used as a drug dealer warehouse, even confronted the drug dealer.  Gave up waiting for the JSO.  The neighbors said the JSO showed up 90 minutes later.

Where are the JSO?  Squad car 1321 is too busy perusing moving violations on King Street.  Never mind the crack baggies that litter the side walks on Post street.  Several of the JSO are smoking cigars at a local cigar shop (Tobacco Cove West).  I see more JSO every morning pulling over speeders on Atlantic Blvd in the St Nicholas area, than I ever have seen patrolling in the Riverside neighborhood.

I seriously question the validity of these moving violations.  Two summers ago an off-duty sheriff (Sgt. Anderson, Badge 7870) on a Sunday afternoon pulled me over for supposedly driving through a stop sign.  I know for a fact that the City of Jacksonville has quotas because several of the JSO officers (Sgt. Schumacher and Lt. T.C. Davis) who hang out at Tobacco Cove West laughed at me when I showed them the ticket.  They were very aware this off-duty officer who was working on his own time to catch up on moving violation tickets even if it is under false pretense(s).

The criminal element understands this and is not afraid of committing crime.  They understand that the JSO will not pursue incidents unless it is a high profile case to symbolically show that the JSO is fighting crime.  Fighting crime does not generate revenue and could be dangerous.  That is why Jacksonville’s crime statistics are significantly going up.

It is not bad enough that the law abiding citizens should be afraid of the bad elements in this community but also the Law Enforcement picking off the law abiding citizen(s) on slight moving violations for revenue generating purposes.  Sherriff John Rutherford, if that is your purpose then good riddance JSO.

Well look at the bright side.  Domestic violence will be a thing of the past.  It will be legal if Sharia law is ever imposed on America.  Not even that it is legal but, there is documented etiquette for beating your wife.

Everyone should know the story of Robin Hood unless you attended government (public) schools.  In that case your school may have substituted the child’s story with the Karl Marx’s Communist Manifesto.  Robin Hood was a vindicated criminal because he robbed from the rich and gave it to the poor while hiding out in Sherwood Forest.  In essence it is wealth re-distribution.

Why is it that Federal/State/Local government can forcibly take private property from one private individual and give it to another private individual and not be charged with a grand larceny felony?  And that is considered compassion.  But if I, a caring citizen of mankind, see a citizen down on his/her luck and I walk over to another citizen and forcibly take 100 dollars from their possession and give the 100 dollars to the down trodden individual as assistance I am arrested as a thief and very well will serve time as a convicted criminal.  How can the government play Robin Hood and be a hero but if I play Robin Hood I am a criminal?

Where is it stated in the US constitution that the Federal government has this explicit right to forcibly confiscate private property by force and re-distribute it to another?  If the action of re-distribution is the same what makes it punishable when I do it?

You would think that the government would praise my action since I am re-distributing the entire 100 dollars instead to the downtrodden individual.  No overhead for my act of compassion.  When the government re-distributes wealth they typically siphon off at least 50% for handling, processing, and any other task that they can think of before the remainder is given to the down trodden individual.

That would make an interesting experiment.  Someone sees a citizen down on his/her luck and walk over to another citizen and forcibly take 100 dollars from their possession.  Give 50 dollars to the downtrodden individual as assistance, and then give the other 50 dollars to the Federal government.  Would the government still consider the action a crime?

If Robin Hood were alive today, the law enforcement would be in hot pursuit of him.  The government really doesn’t like competition for the jobs they do.  Especially when someone does the job better and with lower overhead.

If it is not bad enough that government (public) schools are an abomination.  Once a student decides to actually learn a chosen subject in an higher learning institution, the student must now pay funds to indoctrinate themselves with further social engineering instead of actual subject learning.  Actual subject learning (Math, Science, History, etc..) is now a secondary function of higher learning institutions.

The University of Delaware is defending its program that includes the teaching of "all whites are racist" and offers "treatment" for any incorrect attitudes regarding class, gender, religion, culture or sexuality.

The University of Delaware is now re-defining the word racism.  "A RACIST: A racist is one who is both privileged and socialized on the basis of race by a white supremacist (racist) system. 'The term applies to all white people (i.e., people of European descent) living in the United States, regardless of class, gender, religion, culture or sexuality. By this definition, people of color cannot be racists, because as peoples within the U.S. system, they do not have the power to back up their prejudices, hostilities, or acts of discrimination….

University of Delaware President, Patrick Harker, is a Caucasian American citizen.  If he endorses this white guilt rhetoric, will he step down as president of the University and hand his position to a non-Caucasian American citizen or will he keep his prestigious position?  If I were to bet my paycheck on it, I would bet that Patrick Harker will keep his position.  Typically Liberal thought means that I have good intentions but force someone else to submit to this bogus white guilt.

This is a big change from the original intent of Liberalism.  I thought everybody was supposed to feel good about themselves?

So happens after graduation with a degree from this institution?  America now has a Caucasian American citizen who has been programmed to feel guilty about achievement and their self-being.  The end result is a semi-educated individual with a college degree ready to enter the government world of entitlements.

Since candy has value and anything of value seems to be under scrutiny by Federal/State/Local governments, will the government take the initiative to insure that candy is ‘Progressively’ re-distributed by the same manner that taxes are applied to the American tax paying citizens?  Some ambitious politician needs to step forward and push the initiative ‘It's For The Children’.

If someone decides to participate in the Halloween activity of Trick or Treating will the government require the under age Trick-or-Treater to be accompanied by an adult with their prior year’s tax returns?  Depending on the declared income of the accompanied adult, the Trick-or-Treater will be given a specific number of candies or the Trick-or-Treater will be forced to pay out candy to the candy giver from their bag of stash.

Here is the perfect opportunity for Federal/State/Local governments to teach young minds class warfare.

Illegal aliens can take all the candy that they can grab.  America laws don’t apply to you but you may receive all the benefits that an American citizen may receive on entitlements.

I always wonder if Imams and Mullahs really believe the Islam religion.  You always hear about these guys screaming Jihad’s against anything that resembles the West Civilization but you never ever hear about these guys willing to die for the Islamic religion.  It is always the disciple of the Imam or Mullah who has to take one for the Islam team.

What exist in the Islamic 7^th century civilization worldview that keeps the Imam or Mullah for not personally fighting and possibly dying for the Islamic cause?

    There is no television

    No baseball

    You can't shave.

    Your wives can't shave.

    You can't shower to wash off the smell of donkey cooked over burning camel dung.

    The women have to wear baggy dresses and veils at all times.

    Your bride is picked out someone else.

    The wife smells just like your donkey.

Under those conditions, the virgins in the Islamic heaven really sounds like a better place to be.

Two examples:

1)     When American military forces raid the Shiite district of Sadr City, the radical cleric Muqtada al-Sadr leaves the city and hides in another country Iran.  He only returns to speak words of venom and incites trouble when the American threat is gone.

2)     Why isn’t Osama bin Laden showing his public defiance to the Western World after the 11 September attacks?  I guess he is happy living in caves like a rodent.

Now that is true bravery.

If in fact Allah really did create the earth and the heavens, why would he want his own chosen people to turn this world into a barren rock for a planet?  That is not being a good steward of the universe that Allah created for mankind.  I still stand by my words:  Islam, Cult Of Death And Cowardice.  If it were a true religion then leaders of the Islamic faith would also be willing to die for the religious cause.

After my article ‘Liberals Living Under Sharia Law??’ my thoughts kept searching for commonality between the Liberal worldview and the Islamic worldview.  I believe I have found some commonalities between Liberals and the followers of the peaceful religion of Islam.

Both believe in absolute submission:

  Islam: Submission to Allah and/or Muhammad.  Obedience is the only possible route to Islamic heaven but there is absolutely no guarantee of entry into Islamic heaven.

  Liberalism: Submission of all private property and personal rights to the Nanny State government.  Obedience still does not guarantee any legal rights to the re-distribution of wealth.

Both believe in zero-tolerance of opposing view:

  Islam: If you are not in 100% agreement of me then I must kill you in the name of Allah and/or Muhammad.  When you think about it, Islam wrote the book on zero-tolerance.  It is called the ‘Koran’.

  Liberalism: If you do not believe in my views then you are a racist bigot.  The thought police will arrest you for an ‘hate’ crime.

Both believe in no minimum age for child sex:

  Islam: There is no stated minimum age for marriage.  Muhammad age 53 married Aisha bint Abu Bakr at the age of 6/7.  At least Muhammad had the decentcy to wait until Aisha was 9.  If it is good enough for Muhammad then it is good enough for the rest of the Islamic culture.

  Liberalism: Teach students in public schools about sexually as soon as they begin first grade.  If an adult is caught or arrested as a pedophile, declare that the US Constitution guarantees ‘Right To Privacy’ like Roe vs. Wade.  Liberals love to declare that right is derived from this Right to Privacy.

Both believe in cowardice terrorism:

  Islam: Place a bomb in a common place or have a child strap a bomb on themselves.  Take out as many people as possible in the name of Allah and/or Muhammad.  If some of your own people are taken, so be it.  It justifies the spread of Islam.

  Liberalism: (Eco Terrorism) Set fire to the encroachment of human development on wild lands.  We are protecting our wildlife by burning down human development and the forest.

Besides these four commonalities, I still do not think that Islam and Liberalism could be good neighbors.  Islam is still not going to give these ‘Useful Idiots’ (Liberals) diplomatic immunity.

The House and Senate still have not enforced the 2006 approval & funding of the construction of a 700-mile border fence between the populated areas between the American and Mexican border.

To date less than 50 miles of the fence has been built.  In hindsight this may be a blessing in disguise to the high achievers and the financially affluent America citizens.

The Democrats seem very confident of an Hillary victory in 2008.  The Democrats have even increased their aggressive tactics of confiscating private property by force for Socialistic redistribution and Social re-engineering.  Here is an example of a recent example:

I suspect that this is just the tip of the iceberg.  Even Hillary Clinton has recently stated, "I have a million ideas. The country can't afford them all."

The Communist understood that the ‘People’s’ government could not survive on the average un-motivated citizen.  The elimination of rewards based on high achievement takes away any individual’s motivation.  The high achievers and the financially affluent had the initiative to escape so the Communist governments were forced to build walls on their borders to keep their citizens in and not to stop NATO forces.

The Democrats (and many Republicans for that fact) are eager to allow illegal aliens to vote so that they can expand the Socialistic powers of the Federal/State/Local government by stating that it is the will of the popular vote.  The government understands the power of the popular vote voting themselves more entitlements.  Because of this, I believe that the function of government will never return to the original intent of the ‘Framers’.

Eventually the financial burden and over-whelming Government control on the tax paying citizens will be extremely tyrannical.  I predict that there will be an event that will spark a high achiever and financial affluent exodus from America to private property friendly countries.

Let’s not offend the Muslim population or show suspicion if the circumstances may point to Muslim terror cells within the American borders.  I for one am tired of trying to believe that Islam is a ‘peace loving’ religion.

Why is America so concerned about treating individuals or groups that have hostile intent within our domestic borders with kindness?    During WWII, America was quick to round up the Japanese descendants during war time and place them in camps to isolate them.  No one was sure at the time whose loyalty they may have.

The timing of so many California fires starting at the same time and the placement of the fires seems like a large coordinated action in my mind.

In the city of San Bernardino, police said they shot and killed a man who fled Tuesday night when officers approached to see if he might be trying to set a fire. After a chase, the man, whose name was not released, backed his car into a police cruiser and an officer opened fire, police said.

Why is the identity of this individual withheld in the article?  Might this person be a hostile known person of interest?

Even back in 2003, the law enforcement had suspicions of arson activity in California by the peace loving terrorist group Al Qaeda.  Over time they seemed to have refined their arson techniques.

This is how far the British government is willing to regulate one’s life when the British citizen hands over their individual life sustaining responsibilities.  This explains why American Liberals (Socialist) are so eager to push the Nationalized healthcare system in America.  Since the government pays the bill through the taxpayer’s nickel, they begin to dictate the citizen’s lifestyle to minimize the government’s healthcare cost and any Social Engineering in the name of public health.

So on top of the government levied taxes on the tobacco product, a British citizen also has to apply for an annual £200 license in order to purchase cigarettes.  Even with the extra funds collected for public health care, there is absolutely no guarantee that nationalized healthcare will be improved or applied specifically for smoker healthcare.

What is to stop the British government of regulating beer, sun tanning, or consensual sex with an annual permit?

Will this apply to foreign citizens and/or a tourist?  Probably not.  The British are so afraid of offending Muslims I suspect these proposed changes won’t apply to them.

Britain is the canary in the cage of how Socialism will affect America if it decides to pursue this failed Socialism experiment.  In my opinion America is 20 years behind Britain.  The Federal Government on both sides of the isle will not say ‘No’ to any vote buying scheme on the taxpayer’s nickel of course.  The Democrat’s desire a fast track to Socialism while the Republicans are on a slow track to Socialism while trying to claim they are more conservative than the Democrats
